This information describes the methods and purposes of managing the personal data of visitors, as well as the data processing practices transmitted to the Data Controller through this site also in compliance with the provisions of the European Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter GDPR).

1. Data controller

2. Nature of the data processed

The Data Controller collects and processes the personal data that visitors to the site communicate through the filling out contact form on the page https://www.altacomitalia.it/contatti/ or via the spontaneous sending of e-mails to the addresses listed on the site.

3. Purpose of processing and legal basis

The data referred to in point 2 above are processed for the purposes strictly connected and necessary to management of contact or information requests. The provision of data for this purpose is optional, however in the absence of consent it will not be possible to receive the information requests if necessary.

The legal basis of the processing is the execution of the requested service. All data provided or collected could be used to ascertain liability in case of cybercrimes against the Owner’s website or other sites connected to it.

In this case the legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

4. Communication, transfer and dissemination of data

For the pursuit of the purposes indicated above, the Data Controller may communicate and have the collected data processed from its employees and third parties with whom the Data Controller has  established contracts of service both to fulfill requests and for service reasons (hosting companies, website development , IT maintenance, etc.). In the case of communication of data to third parties (national or foreign) the Data Controller will contractually impose on all recipients the obligations of protection and security equivalent to those guaranteed by the Owner himself and in line with the provisions of the GDPR.

The personal data collected may be communicated, even in the absence of explicit authorization of the interested party, to all those public entities and authorities towards which the Data Controller has regulatory obligation of communication as well as for the ascertainment of responsibility in case of cybercrimes to the detriment of the website.
The data will not be disclosed.

5. Retention period

The data collected will be kept for 12 months from the last contact necessary for achievement of the purposes for which they are processed, without prejudice to the rights of the interested party (see  next point) and the need to comply with a legal obligation.

At the end of the retention period, the personal data will be deleted, destroyed or made anonymous.

6. Rights of the interested party

The interested party has the right to:

a. access his/her personal data;

b. know the recipients to whom they can or have been communicated;

c. obtain rectification of inaccurate personal data;

d. obtain, in the foreseen cases, the cancellation of their data;

e. oppose the processing or obtain the limitation of the processing when possible;

f. revoke, at any time, consent to the processing provided.

It is also the right of the interested party to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority

(www.garanteprivacy.it).
